In every class you will have a dynamic warm up, learn and/or practice skills, and perform conditioning workouts. We thrive on variety at Boot Camp RX!
After a dynamic warm up and skill practice, an example of a workout would be:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Kettlebell Swings
Look simple? Are you up for the challenge? This is full body workout and it is guaranteed to get your blood pumping and your heart rate up!
We use all the tools at our disposal. This includes, but is not limited too: bodyweight, kettlebells, jump ropes, wall balls, boxes, ropes, tires, bands, bikes and rowers.
The most important part... Being surrounded by a supportive group of like minded individuals all striving to be better then yesterday!!!!

When can I start?
Coaching is the key to our Clients success: Great coaching and teaching of proper body movement, nutritional habits and general wellness is what sets us apart. We achieve this through knowledge, passion and just flat out caring about our clients and their success.
Natalie Dawson , Khristen Edwards, and Ashley Jones are all residents of Fallbrook, CA. Their combined years of experience include 10 years of group class instruction ranging from Body Sculpting, Step Aerobics, Pilates, and Strength Training .
They have valuable credentials in Movement Science, CrossFit L-1 and daily experience in working with rehabilitation, injury prevention, and exercise modification.
They love fitness themselves, and love to see people achieve their goals. You are in great hands!
