There are 5 classes to choose from Monday - Friday:
6:00am, 7:30am, 9:00am
Open gym every Saturday 7am-9am.
Classes last for one hour and are comprised of a warm-up, mobility, skill and strength building and a W.O.D. (workout of the day).
Fallbrook CrossFit programs it's own workouts each day and are designed to
help the members of each class reach
